Cartoon All Stars To The Rescue, reviewed by the Nostalgic Critic. (Strong Language)

A special happy place in my childhood. I regconized everybody, and it has a fantastic message! Just can't fathom Theodore saying, "This is marijuana!!"

I think it's best to take this guy's reviews lightly. He's clearly doing it for laughs. Not that he's necessarily succeeding.

The funniest part was probably hearing Simon say "marijuana" over and over.

The most hilarious thing about this special is that the message is entirely pointless when you consider that it was drugs in the first place that allowed the kid to see all his favorite cartoon characters.

But, yeah, seeing Garfield, Alf, and Michelangelo all in the same crossover is ftuw.

Yeah, I checked it out. i musta been thinking of those preachy episodes of TTA like "one Beer."

Plus, I ashamedly got them confused with the Muppet Babies, whom I forgot where in it. Which is pretty bad, since I'm named loosely after a Muppet.

Yeah, I think Cartoon All-Stars ruined my life. I could have been popular in high school if I had just smoked weed. But, no, Michaelangelo said pot was for losers.

What message was that?

Yeah, me too. The Ninja Turtles were pretty much the only reason I watched this and they barely got any screen time. Why did they only have Michaelangelo anyway? Where were Leonardo, Donatello, and Raphael? Obviously they were getting high with April and Irma. As if Donatello could ever invent the pizza launcher without marijuana.

What I found most interesting in the review is that the smoke monster said fornication in the movie. I mean, I didn't know what fornication was when I was a kid, but still, that seems like an odd line to have in a kid's cartoon.

Where were the bad guys? Where was Galvatron with a ten foot joint, ordering Mikey there to get on his knees and do bong hits?

Where was Shredder? He should have been there passing out syringes filled with black tar heroin.

How about Cobra Commander? He and Destro should have been there snorting cocaine.
