I watched in the 'Food Detectives' show the other day about nutritional change according to different cooking methods of carrots. But I missed the comparison part. Does anybody remember how nutritional value change when carrots are:
1. Baked (besides the fact that the flavour will be condensed...)
2. Boiled (or Steamed??)
3. Fried?
I cannot remember exactly what the comparison was, but it was something like above.
