I noticed in a big way a few years ago, seeing Carrot Top on Gene Simmons Family Jewels, that Carrot Top's face is all bulgy and puffy, and of course he's enormous and obviously works out, but holy cow, is that really just from lifting? He's funny, love his comedy, but just curious.
