So, I am a first semester freshmen in college at the moment. I was going into college with thoughts of going premed. I am getting a C in my Biology course and absolutely hate the class. However I am getting an A in my psychology course. They are both 101 and I actually enjoy my psychology course. I was really not expecting this turnout at all. No offense to psychologists at all but I never really viewed it as a choice for me. I am a very logical, analytical, black and white thinker and psychology always seemed like a bunch of malarkey. I mean no offense in this at all as I no longer really believe this, but if you don't mind may I have a list or a link to resources along with any information that may be useful in finding a future career? Also if you could give me an estimate on the pay that this position would receive it would be greatly appreciated. Also...I would like to avoid the position of a therapist at least on most levels. Maybe there is an aspect of it I do not know, but I don't think I want to see patients and everything all day...I become to emotionally attached to people it seems at times and I think that would make working in that field professionally very difficult.
Also, I am strong in the areas of math and music (wasn't sure if this would help at all).
