I do capoeira 3 to 4 times a week. We mostly work on techniques and different moves. When I get in the roda, though, I can only play one game because I get really, really tired quick. Other then running, are there other cardiovascular workouts I can do to help me not get so tired? I'm trying to cut out the ones that aren't so repetitive like running. Because Capoeira requires a combination of lots of different moves then you you have to change your stances a lot and move your body in many different ways.
