4 weeks ago I had knee surgery, I had broke a piece of my joint off (condyle?) that had to have 3 screws put in it to put it back and had to have some fragments taken out from under the patella and I had a big piece of cartilage missing which the doctor poked holes in the bone to stimulate bleeding and scar tissue so there was not gap there....Any way I am 6 weeks none weight bearing and 6 partial
and only 4 weeks into it...
I need to get some exercise in...My leg that had surgery looks like an alien leg I have lost so much muscle mass...I have lost 10 lbs and I'm assuming it was ALL muscle by the look of my leg ...
In general Im not happy...I'm 27 years old...jogged/walked everyday avid hiker...now I'm stuck in the house getting no exercise and my legs look like they are falling apart!
Is there ANYTHING I can do to exercise? While I'm none weight bearing and then partial...There has to be something
