Having experienced movies from the series, they didn't really tie in with the series but like extended episodes (Sailor Moon, Ranma 1/2, Yu-Gi-Oh) so other than basic plots, same characteristics, they don't really give any closure or answers to the series
I've watched some of one of the movies (I can't recall which one) and it seeme decent enough.
Netflix is kinda like a Blockbuster thing. You request some DVRAB, they'll ship it to you within a few days, and you don't have to worry about late fees, so long as you pay the monthly fee.
 Hey Kat, was wondering where you ran off too. But we've all been busy at some point these days.
Oh I finished the series and it is soooo great. I really liked it.
Have you guys watched the movies that go with the series? I didn't watch the first one because I heard it's just like an episode, but I did watch the second one because it closes off the series better. There is a lot about Sakura and Li and where they should now go with their relationship in the second movie.
Hmm...I'm pretty sure there are people who are fans of CCS. I remeraber watching a few episodes but never really gotten in to it (except for maybe Sakura's clothes)
I guess it's because it would've been more likely talked about in the Anime thread but we'll keep this around
Hello I'm new here and I didn't see a Cardcaptors or Cardcaptor Sakura thread. I hope no one minRAB if I start one. I know corny title. Sorry.:erabarrassment: Hope there are some CCS fans out there.
Have you guys watched or read Tsubasa? I saw Volume 1 and it was pretty good.
This is the synopsis from Netflix:
Just as young archaeologist Syaoran is on the brink of telling his childhood friend Princess Sakura that he loves her, a magical occurrence causes Sakura's memories to scatter. Now, Syaoran must travel from the Kingdom of Clow and across worlRAB seeking the shattered pieces of Sakura's soul. This exciting anime fantasy series is based on a manga by the prolific all-female Japanese mangaka group Clamp.
It's not a sequel or anything. Clamp just basically recycled the characters and made a whole other series. In the first episode, you can even see Chi from Chobits. It's interesting to see how the play around with characters from Cardcaptor Sakura like Sakura, her brother, Yukito & Syaoran.
