We tried to jump it, thinking the battery was dead. Nothing. Now we can't even get the gear shift to move to neutral so we can push it. Windows and door locks won't work either. It is a 1997 Camry. Tried two sets of jumper cables.

The battery was bought around Jan. 09.

Any help? The windows are down and we can't move/push it at all.

Thank you!!
I am not sure what you mean about removing the cables and yet attaching to the cables. We have tried leaving the cables on the battery and the car still won't move out of park, nor move the windows. Does this give anyone a clue what we can do to at least move the windows up?

To get it into neutral make sure you have 1 foot on the brake and the ignition on the on position then shift the gear into neutral.

To jump start it remove the cables connected to the battery and clean the connectors with a wire brush or similar then reconnect.
Connect the jump cables between your car and another car and let the other car run for at least 30 minutes to charge the battery before you try to start your car.

unhook the battery cables from the battery and hook the jumper cables to the battery cables. it should get you the power to roll your windows up and move it if needed. sounds like its a dead cell in your battery have it checked out
