Car window has leak!!! 2000 Pontiac Grand am?

if you have a sunroof the tubes might be pluged causing water to overflow into the roof area and down the inside behind the trim to your carpet. you can use a airblower to clean the tubes. check with tour local body shop.
 
My car is a 2000 pontiac grand am, i stopped at auto zone today and showed the guy there the leak and he sold me a super glue type thing and he told me to remove the weather strip on the top and unscrew the next black plastic thing... then put some of that glue stuff down the line and then replace everything... so i did that and it rained again today and i still have a leak. But heres the problem... the leak is coming from the lever that pops the trunk...in that area... the window itself and door panel never get wet when it does rain... just by my left foot where the lever is and my carpet!! i removed the fuse box and it seems as if water has run from on top of the fuse box.... how do i fix this leak i already insulated the weather strip!! whats next>? if any one can help that would be super!
 
If you live in an area where vehicles get rusted, that may be the culprit - rust on the floorboard near the drivers area. You can pull up the carpet in that area to see. Another possibility is water leaking from the area near the corner of the windshield - either inside or outside in the cowl area (by the left side of the wipers)
