Car warranty repair from dealers side?

Sims like everyone is reluctant to go to the dealer for repair because of bad customer service and constant excuses not to fix your ride. Currently I have a bad gasket and I have very small engine leak (type 1) I have a manufactures 36k warranty and called manufactures 1800 warranty number to find out if I covered before I visit a dealer. They told me that I’m covered under my powertrain warranty. So here are the questions: Why dealers are reluctant to make repair under warranty? (because they don’t get same hourly rate as they charge on daily bases? Or long wait for reimbursement?) How do I get my car repaired under warranty if dealer tells me that its not covered by warranty or some other story ? Thank you
 
Hi Mike, Been there ,seen the Video beat beat the shit out of them, Ist, make a note of the time, day, date, who you spoke to, their position in the Garage ask the in a polite way your problem if possible if you are in the UK get the AA or RAC to confirm the problem by pressure testing the car get that in writing show the Garage or the dealer ask them how long this job is going to take providing on which gasket if it is the head give it 2 days in total if you still get messed about tell them that the trading standards + the AA + RAC are going to be contacted about their service do not get P--------D about if no joy do what I have stated. ( It does work I can assure you of that)
