My brother is giving me his vehicle as a gift. It is financed through Honda, and currently has 2-3 years left on payments. I believe its titled in IL. Does the Honda Finance keep the title? How can I have it title-transfered to VA so i can register it in VA?
I wish to transfer the vehicle to my name so I can register it in VA (my home state).
What is the process I need to do to 1) Get his car, 2) register in VA and get VA tags.
