We lived in Ohio and bought a car from a car lot. Paid it off got the title and everything else. I guess there was some kind of lean on it that I did not know about until here recently. Anyway, We now live in GA and have been here 5 years. We recently noticed that we had lost the title. So we are trying to get a title for it. The BMV/DMV has told us to call the car lot to get the title. Well we tried that and the car lot has been closed down, there is no way to get a hold of the car lot to get the title. Is there anyway I can somehow still get the title? If so how? It's a great car and we do not want to junk it!!
