I bought a car from some on of the web site call craigslist i signed the orignal title but the problem that i have the person i bought it from didnt put it in there name meanigng the bought but didnt have the title transfer in there name.... now im stuck with the car with no title and the person i bought it from moved to TN and changed there number is there any way i can get another title? the right way. im in NC. i Hvae there name but i cant find them or number.
