Car/SUV suggestion for easy access and comfort fo a big guy.?

In a 2005 4x4 RAV now (good car) it is just too small (seat and 'side to side' leg room). I need an AWD car/suv that is easy to get in and out of (mother is 82 and can't climb up to things like an Trooper or Explorer) and I am a big guy. ?????...Sooo many vehicles... even the new Toyota RAV is a little larger AND they moved the 'pod' of window buttons on the door up leaving a little more leg room. ..thanks for suggestions. (lease is up on RAV and I will sell my trooper (fits me but mother can't get in it easily).
 
i say you but a toyota sienna.... its BIG minivan so enough room for you and its not that high so your mother can get easily without struggling! besides the sienna is the #1 selling minivan in the world! i own one!!!! but if you want to have all the upgrades and everything I say you buy a used one in the XLE class because XLEs are the highest class so you have all the uprgrades and it will be cheaper if you bought a used XLE so its cheaper and but you have most of the new stuff cars have!!! Thats what I did!!! I hope you choose the Sienna!!!
