My car was supposed to be repo'd in 2006 it is 2009 and they still havent contacted me or came to get it. Of course i have not said anything and am able to renew my tags every year. But now the car is messing up and would like to trade it in. How can i get the title. Is there a time limit? I have been at the same address with no contact from GMAC.
