Car stolen by family member?
okay ill try to make this quick. my brother was going to by a car from my boyfriend for 3400, he made one payment of 400 then booked out of state with the car and stopped paying. he was never supposed to take it out of state either. problem is... he also took a lean paper and got himself a title on the car. we have the original title but its not in our name. anyone know what we could do in this situation?? we want to be able to repo it.
