Might have blown a fuse or possibly you might have mice that ate the wires. But i would say that if its not a blown fuse then its probably a bad head unit.
If you have power to your stereo then its probably your speaker wire connections or the speakers themselves. Sounds crazy but I've done it before with the home system, make sure you don't have mute on.
Car stereo on 01 Monte Carlo does not work. Its the original stereo. When i turn stereo on theres no sound. Everything seems to work, but the audio. What can be the problem?
Some Monte Carlo's are equipped with factory amplifiers, mounted under the rear deck in the trunk. Your problem may be in the factory amp, or a defective speaker might be making the amp shut down. If you have the amplifier, there's probably an amplifier fuse in one of the vehicle fuse boxes.
