to start things off i have installed a stereo before. i am sure the cables are correct i am just looking to clarify a few things being as there is no sound coming out. all you need for a basic car stereo to perform is the following 11 cords correct: (constant 12v, variable 12v, ground, and the eight speaker wires.) second, if it comes on does it mean that there is definately power supplying it all. third, if i know the speakers are good, and everything is hooked up right, then it is definately the stereo, being as i am getting no sound out of any speakers.
