Ok i just bought a Chrysler 300 , now the stock radio has a build in amp and the bass is badass but i dont want to ruin my factory speakers, my question is, i dont want to bang hard or be heard from miles away and especially i dont want my car to call attention and get stolen, if i get a 10 inch kicker and a good amp to go with it , would i be able to pump bass from the kicker and hear it clean inside the car without damaging my factory speakers?, and how can i choose a good amp to go with the kicker since i'm planning to buy it online.

Kicker comp 10 in a preloaded encloser is a good thing for clarity 12 are for bass 15 are dumb ... The 10 idea is simple however look for a pheonix gold titanium amp on ebay like 150 about those comps are like 300 rms get like an amp thats 125 if its pheonix gold they are way underrated and sound great ... the other thing is your amp in the car is probally under the trunks header pannel dont DO NOT tapp into it .. Run a 2nd amp for the subs .. And just dont run the bass up to high it distorts the soundwaves Its nice to be heard down the street ... My last Truck broke its windsheild With 10 competition !0 inch subs ..

I think you should be able to pump all the bass to the new kicker and leave the factory speakers for the mid and highs. That would help in not damaging the speakers.
