Car starting problem after new stereo?

I previously had an aftermarket stereo, with a capacitor, 2 amps and 2 subwoofers. I got a new head unit, with approximately the same amount of power usage. After installation, my car has a lot of trouble starting. Usually takes 5 times to start. If I take off my faceplate, making my stereo not cut on at ignition, car starts up fine. What could be the problem? Seems like car can't start when stereo cuts on at ignition, so how could this be fixed?

You usually don't want to start a vehicle with things turned on as you want as much juice from the battery to be delivered to your starter motor as possible, in time you are just deteriorating the battery.

Your system sounds very draining, even with the extra caps as back up, you need to measure the amperage and track down the drainage, your car power supply may need modifying on start up, e.g cut out relay.
