Car sputters as gas is pushed in '96 Toyota Tercel?

There's a point where the car will rev up fine with a slight push of the gas peddle, otherwise it has to get floored to get any revs out of it. In the middle, it sputters and seems like it's almost going to die. EGR, O2 Sensors, MAP sensor fuel filter have all been replaced recently. I get an error code for it being too rich, O2S Bank 1. I'm not sure if that would cause the issue or not. If I remember things have been changed, I'll post in more information. Please let me know what your thoughts are. Thanks!
spark plugs have been replaced as well.

If it is saying it's to rich, then fix that 1st and move on to other things. To rich means the O2 sensor is seeing to much oxygen and scheduling more fuel to be delivered. Check you O2 sensor for proper operation. You may have a bad O2 out the box, or improper part # installed. Especially check the one between the CAT and the engine, not so much the one after the CAT. That one is just a taddler for the CAT to point out whether it's doing it's job or not.

Or, you have a vacuum leak or an exhaust leak. Check the condition of all vacuum lines and vacuum operated components. Listen for any exhaust leaks. Check the orings that seal your injectors into the intake for air leaks. Those are often overlooked and all the things I've mentioned can cause the driveability problems you described in your question.
