My nissan almera (qg18de) seized after being in storage.
I tried turning the crankshaft bolt manually, and it wouldnt turn.
I then removed the drive belt which connects crankshaft + altenator + idler pulley + air con compressor.
The engine now turns manually using the bolt!
I tried turning the other components by hand, and the altenator + idler turn fine, but the compressor wont budge, so im pretty sure that the compressor is seized? How would I go about unsticking it (or do I need to buy a new one?)
