Car sales commission?

I work in the luxury car market and i recently made a sale which was converted form a losing deal to a profitable one because the customer had bad credit. the customer paid all fee's, Dmv, and taxes up front $5106 to keep them at a $489 lease special which put the dealer ship $1500 behind invoice

well since they had bad credit I was told to call them and bump them up $100 putting them at $589 a month. well to cut a long story short the deal grossed $2251 and I only got paid a flat $100 after all the hard work. I think really got raw dealed and ripped on the sale... let me know if i'm wrong
 
Those companies that rip off their customers also rip off their employees. You didn't get a raw deal because you're facilitating their ability to do it.
