Car Radio Problem: '02 Dodge Intrepid?

2002 Dodge Intrepid

Well. My car raido stopped working for awhile now, and I need help. The power button is lit up but the raido dosen't come on when I push the button so I'm not sure why, it's not coming on.

Could it be a fuse or something?

It's not the stock raido, its a bought raido not even a year old yet got it last year.
 
if you've got a light its probably not a fuse. i would check to be sure. locate the fuse box and open it. inside will be a diagram. find the one that say radio( usually a 20) and remove it. look through the fuse to see if the connection is still good. the next question is if its aftermarket or stock. alot of aftermarket cd/dvd players have a fuse built into or around the player itself. check it to insure its not blown. if you still haven't solved the problem then i would have advanced auto check your battery, because a low battery will cause the cd player to not respond. after that there is only the radio left.
