car problems with mazda 6, is it very common problem?

2006 mazda 6 v6 engine cost? It recently got repaired 2 weeks ago from the dealership and it died on me in the middle of the interstate now my the warranty wont cover it and insurance don't cover it too, I check the oil and other fluid every other day and it was good but there's oil everywhere on the engine and it was smoking. I was NOT speeding either. How much do you think the total money would cost? Warranty and insurance won't cover it. I know it's going to be a lot but I need estimation...thanks
 
Next time buy American. There quality is much better now and they have better warranties. I used to drive a BMW, but bought a new Cadillac and have never been happier.
