Car problems weird noise when i make a left turn?

i have a 94 toyota 4unner and when i dirve its fine, but when i make a left turn i hear a click noise in the front of the car on the left side and you can feel it. It only happens on the left turn, so when im driving i try not to turn too fast or hold it too long. DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHY!!! help ^_^
