car problems need help?

my car keeps stuttering whenever i reach 4000 rpms and makes a vibrating noise when i start moving and releasing the clutch almost like a muscle car but less noise.. its a corolla gts 1988 and ive changed the spark plugs/ wires, maf, tps, distributor cap and fuel filter and im still having the same problems, not only that but i have way less power and it responds sluggish when i try to accelerate
