I need some general advice here. When I turn on the engine of my car, it often makes a faint, very sharp whistling sound, which goes away after awhile. Additionally, sometimes it bumps and stops and then continues to drive, especially when I just begin to accelerate after a traffic light. I have checked my wheels and they're fine, pressure is fine too. I need some advice on what it could be. Thank you!
