Car mechanics please help, urgent?

I own a T230 diesel connect van, my problem is the instrument cluster. The speedo, temp gauge, rev counter and fuel gauge have stopped working Also most bulbs are not working ,bit strangely the main beam, oil, handbrake and airbag bulbs are working.

Any help much appreciated
 
There is a voltage regulator behind the dash, it's likely blown. Not easy to fix. After all, it is a Merc, and they are renowned for electrical faults.
Just be observant. Note what make of car has the most electrical/lighting faults.
