Car keeps clicking but wont turn on..help?

Also, I changed the fuel filter and it worked fine, so I took it for a drive. All was well but then it suddenly turned off at the stop light and I had to push it back home. Radio and everything works fine. Now it wont turn on again. Its a 94 Honda Civic..any idea on whats the problem?
