her car and after going through the necessary processes we were told that the car's (04 Nissan Sentra appx 70k miles) value is 6000. My mom has to pay off 2000 to Nissan leaving her with a measly 4000 dollars to pay for a car. I do not believe this is right because I am not naive about cars and I know for a fact that the Kelley Blue Book value is 8200. What can I do and who should I call?
