i have gotten my grandmothers car because she cannot drive anymore, its a 2004 chevy impala, but hasnt been on the road since 2008 (inspection sticker on it says 12/2008). i live in MA too. But since it hasnt been on the road for so long, it definitely needs an oil change, and i need this car ASAP, would the inspection service do the oil change for the extra money? Thanks!
