CAR HELP ????????????????
i own a toyota celica ST162 1989 model 2.0 liter the problem is its Revs are too high like when i first start it when its cold its fine at 1000RPM but after 10 mins driving when i pust the clutch in or in neutral it will go to between 2000-3500 RPM what could be causing this ? also i got told it could be the idling motor?
