is it turning over? if not check the power line from your battery to your starter make sure it's not cut or corroded or loose.

if it is, this could be a multitude of things, i would need to know more about what year make and model of car this is first
 
when i start my car it wont turn on it makes a nosie and the battery light and oil light come on and the lights and radio work when i turn it on but it just wont start and i thought it was the ignition coil but its not i bought a new one ,can it be something else like the starter ,oil pump or what??

If the oil light comes out, then it could mean you need an oil change.
 
It sounds like the started. It might just be a loss battery cable.
