car help usa (www.carloanhelp.org) - any members have feedback on them?

I am currently 3 months behind car payments, paying 25% interest rate and facing repo. I was told by a classmate of mine at Rutgers, that he used Car Help USA and it worked. I went to their site, www.carloanhelp.org and found it pretty interesting. Can a company really do this? This car payment has been such a headache, I'm willing to try anything. I already called Santander and they told they wont change the interest rate or give me any payments applied to my account, because I don't qualify. Please let me know your feedback if you signed up with car help usa, llc . Car Help USA claims they can stop repos, get me current, and lower my car payments. I need exactly that!!!
