so im 16 n im going to saving up money so i can buy a car when im seveteen what is a good car that i can buy for about 8k-9k
 
I'll assume you live in the US ...

Some of these might be under 8k, but are still more reliable and better than some stuff you will find over that price.

Acura Integra
Acura Legend
Buick Regal
Honda Accord
Honda CR-X
Lexus IS200
Oldsmobile Intrigue
Pontiac Grand Am
 
Well you will need to look around toyota's are good and so are honda they will last. If you want a bigger car Jeeps can last a while to. Look for something that has been well maintained and don't buy the first car you see. If you live in an area where there is a lot of snow then look for something that is AWD.
