I have a sebring and recently we had a mild flood and when I drove through whatever it is that I drove through the panel thing under my engine came undone on one corner. It looks like it was help together with nuts and bolts but the hole is messed up now from the bolt coming undone. The panel is now dragging and getting ruined so I can't even drive my car. How can I get it put back up without going and paying alot of money for it?? Even if it looks bad, I just need to rig it to where it stays.
