car help - how to change antenna?

how do you change an antenna on a 2001 Hyundai Accent GSI Coupe (2 door) for a nicer looking one?the stock one is way to long lol...
 
loosen with a pair of channel lock pliers,pull out of fender,careful not to let drop into fender liner,"Advance Auto Parts "sells one that extends from about 8 inches to almost 3 feet,it's cool,looks likened to a power antenna,no need to remove for automatic car washes,simply push all except 1 inch into fender pull out after wash.
 
Have you been to any car audio shops? They sell stubby antennas that fit any car and they will help you change it right there and then when you buy it. The stubby antennas are any where from 3 inches in height to 8 inches in height, almost about as fat as your thumb, and look very sweet.
