car help (electronics)?

ok so i just got 2 12's and an amp....i hooked my power up to my power distributor because my battery is really hard to get to....ive noticed that my lights have become a little bit more dim on the inside and i was jus wondering what would be causing that??

Your amp is draining power from the distributor. You need to run it straight to your battery, or get a capacitor and use that to help run the amp.
 
You need to hook your wire directly to the battery terminals. No questions asked.
 
the amp is drawing power and that's why your lights are dimmer than before, you should notice it when the bass hits also. Some places recomend capacitors, but i had some hooked up and it didn't stop my lights from dimming.
 
Kinetik battery 100 times better and strong dan any cap and for only $100 more not a bad deal when u see dat da 1.5 farad or 5 farad cap cost bout $80 to $150.
but if got a little 500 watt system and low on cash i guess you dont need dat, but still highly recommended
