Car finance is it legal ?

I have Car finance through a bank, My friend was looking at the agreement to find when it's due to end. He noticed that i am paying for a warranty, gap insurance and credit protection on the car. But i did not sign the contract saying i wanted these. I have the contract and i have not ticked or signed the box requesting these.

The bank have said that the contract is due to end soon and it's to late to complain or request any refunds and that i should have read the contract and brought the mistake to their attention.

Is there anything i could do ??

i would say try to do something. that doesn't seem right. yea you should read contracts before signing but if you never checked those boxes then you shouldn't have been charged for them right? i'd say to something.
 
Nope, and you probably forgot that you agreed to these things. When you are financing a car, they can talk so fast trying to get through all the paperwork.

Just pay for the extras, it's work it in the long run. Especially if you almost have it paid off.
