i give off double the bad emmissions/ fumes that im supposedto be giving off. so i failed the test big time.
am i inhaling these?

Your car is polluting the earth is the bad part. Are you in inhaling, I don't know, do you smell fumes in the car?. I guess you need to find out why your car is not passing & fix the problem.
