I'm going on a road trip in a couple days and we just got a new van like a month ago and I can't figure out how to work the DVD player. The place where you insert the DVD is under the passenger seat. When I insert the DVD it pops back out and the screen says no disk or whatever. (I'm thinking it needs a cleaning but I'm not sure)
