Car door is loose and shakes a little when im driving..how to fix..?

Passenger side door is loose when im driving and shakes abit..the mirror also is abit loose because of this...do i need new door hindges or how do i fix this?

Also i was geting a car wash the other day and abit of water leaked in through the top of passenger door..so do i need new door hidnges and maybe a new rubber seal for the top?
