i have a 95 cadillac deville and twice in the past two weeks while i was driving my car has cut out on me. this normally happens when I stop at a light when i go to pull off. My brakes stiffen up on me and steering is hard but no lights come on, no battery light of anything like that. I do have a service emissions system light on though. After it cuts out I can start it back up and it runs like normal what could be going on? I think it could be my spark plugs and wires because it seems like before it cuts out it seems to start misfireing but i'm not sure help please
