So I was involved in a solo crash at camping with this girls car. The car was faulty and i ended up rolling it and writing it off.
I have paid them $1000, but they paid $4000 for it. Its value is between 1-2k.
The police were involved and said I had to arrange an agreement with them about the money, replacement car etc.
I am afraid they are going to demand $1500 more, which I do not have. Can they sue me? and if so what are their chances of winning?
