nov 16 09 i was involved in a minor crash for which i mean we scraped rubber seals on the side of the door
where i scrapped her was on the back door drivers side... when we got our of the car she didnt even know where we colided she tried to get me for the dint in the rear bumper i was like um no then she said it was the front bumper im like lady we got sides then she says it was the massive dint in the door with paint missing. i asked if it was there before and she replied "um in dont know"
she called me three days later and said thati dented the door definately and i wrecked all this stuff, i was at work and told her to call back in 5 minutes she rang me a month later and hastled me but again i was at work and asked her to call in 10 minutes because i was busy she continued to call me at that time and i just ignored the calls as i was at work i told her 10 minutes, she rang about 4 hours later when i was away from my phone and then never rang back, she called me from a private number and would not give me her number. that was the last i hear util today when i get a letter from a barister requesting compensation for damages like the guard line, right hand side guard, right front tire, right front door and an oven bake (what ever that is)
all these damages when i scrapped the seal of her back right door
where do i stand.... i was mostly at fault for it but it was so minor that there is only rubber on my car and no yellow paint even though there was yellow paint missing from in her dent (her cars yellow, mines white, there was no white paint on her car)
they want $1258 for repairs, $300 legal proceedings and $250 for not having a car for a day
