Ok I really would appreciate all the feedback I could so I will be as descriptive as possible.
I have a 2002 Acura RSX, with a custom sound system put in the car. My pioneer head unit was stolen out of the car this weekend, and when i thought that was bad enough, I found out that my blinkers did not work. In my car the hazard light is in that section of the system and I have attached a link to what it looks like (with the exception that a custom head unit is in there replacing the stock one in the photo)

I do not know what to do because I am certainly not an expert on cars in any way. When it was stolen, it wasn't just the square section taken from the picture, but rather the entire shape where the hazard light is located also.
Does anyone have any ideas with what I can do because I don't imagine they would have the entire cut out thats missing from my car and the Acura hazard button.
