Car Boot Sale Regulations - Business Start Up?

I am currently looking into the prospect of coordinating a car boot sale and market within the county of Yorkshire.

I am writing to seek advice in regards to regulations I would have to abide by when running the event

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone who has started a car boot sale could reply.
