car-bicycle accident?

I had an accident where I ran into a cyclist, it was my fault (even though I'm not sure). The bicycle valued in 600 dollars got a bent wheel and the woman fell down from the bike but didn't get serious injuries, just a few scratches and a swollen knee... now she's trying to make a claim of my insurance (allstate)...
will I have to pay for damages? how much?
is this going to increase my insurance costs? for how long?
