car audio---what kind of test tone should I use fo r6x9s? Was going to use 1 Hz.

6x9 HPF set at 150+ thru HU? any info would be great.
Im on the realmofexcursion website. I need a test tone to set my 6x9's by. I have a HPF on my HU that I will be using instead of the amp. So I need a test tone to match my amp settings to my output on the HU.
